Workflow
Production of your protein of interest takes about 10 weeks total: 5 weeks for codon optimization and gene synthesis and 5 weeks for protein expression.

The following are SDS-PAGE and bioactivity data for two sample proteins expressed through our proprietary mammalian cell expression system:
GM-CSF
The purity of hGM-CSF was determined by SDS-PAGE to be >90%, and the ED50 was determined to be 0.005 ng/ml in a cell-proliferation assay using the human growth factor-dependent TF-1 cell line.
TNF-b
The purity of TNF-b was determined by SDS-PAGE to be >90%, and the ED50 was determined to be 2 ng/ml in a cytotoxicity assay using the L979 cell line.
