Genemed CISH and FISH probes provide a practical method to detect gene aberration, including gene amplification, deletion,
chromosome/gene copy number change, chromosome translocation, gene expression at RNA level, and viral/bacterial detection. With CISH, tissue and cell morphology can be evaluated simultaneously with the gene status by using bright-field microscopy and standard immunohistochemistry techniques (conventional peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase reactions). Genemed multiplex FISH allows for simultaneous detection of multiple targets using dual-colored probes.
