Genemed’s sensitive and easy-to-use detection systems enable strong staining signals with lowest possible background.  Genemed’s Poly HRP Detection Kit will detect digoxigenin-labeled probes. The kit uses an HRP/DAB detection system to localize digoxigenin-labeled probes. The DAB is used to create a permanent, intense brown deposit in the location of the antigen/antibody/enzyme complex in the sample. The staining location and pattern is easily observable by ligh tmicroscopy.
